Josh is a UN and EU accredited translator and interpreter working from Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Catalan into English. He splits his time between translating, interpreting, and working as a trainer and researcher focusing on the intersection between languages, technology and education. As Co-Founder and Chief Educational Officer of techforword, Josh shares tips about technology, translation and interpreting in conferences and workshops, academic articles, and in techforword insiders, the premiere online community for language professionals.
NORA DIAZ
Nora is a full-time published Spanish-English translator and translation team leader specializing in healthcare, marketing, and technical texts. She also leads teams of linguists from Mexico, South America and Spain. Her interest in productivity has led her to constantly explore technology, including CAT tools, speech recognition, computer automation and custom macros. In her blog, Nora Díaz on Translation, Teaching and Other Stuff she shares her knowledge with translators from around the globe. She is the co-author of The Translator’s Tool Box.

Roxane is a French <> English interpreter and translator who specializes in the medical, wine and entertainment industries. An avid animal lover and design fanatic, she splits her time between working as a language professional and pet & people photographer. She joined the techforword team in February 2021, and has produced hundreds of graphics, social media posts, videos, and summits since then! 🤩

Andy Benzo
Andy Benzo is a highly skilled legal and language expert with over 35 years of experience in English-Spanish translation. She has been a member of the American Translators Association (ATA) since 1990 and is ATA certified. Throughout her career, she has held several leadership roles, including Chair of the Divisions Committee and the Governance and Communications Committee.
Bex Elder
Bex is a freelance French and Spanish to English translator and copywriter, specialising in marketing, creative texts and web copy. Bex is passionate about helping other small businesses smash their goals and using language to promote a more inclusive and equal society. When she’s not working, Bex loves reading, cheering on the Scottish rugby team, and trying out new gins.

Bridget G. Hylak is a powerhouse in the language industry, with over three decades of global experience. Founder of TongueTEK Language Consulting and I-LEAD, she has spearheaded transformative solutions for entities worldwide, helping them build and/or optimize cutting-edge solutions. An international speaker, author, and consultant, Bridget’s insights have been fielded by TIME, NPR, Multilingual magazine and Slator.
Chantal Kamgne
Chantal is a certified translator in Quebec and Ontario. She is the managing director at Localizzz Canada and Localizzz Africa. Chantal is also a translation expert at the Cour Supérieure du Québec, a volunteer at Translators Without Borders, and a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Committee of the City of London (Ontario).

Daiana is a versatile language professional who has been collaborating with translation agencies and companies from the IT Software & Services industry since 2019.
She specializes in translating corporate communications, both internal and external, as well as contracts, helping global organizations effectively engage with their Spanish-speaking audience.
Dolores Rojo Guiñazú
Dolores is a certified sworn translator, an ISO 27001:2013 Internal Auditor, and an active member of IRAM on Translation and Security Issues in Argentina. Dolores is the creator of the ATTITUDEABLE podcasts, where she interviews authors about Communication and the power of words and attitudes. She is also a lecturer on quality management, ISO standards, and podcasts worldwide.
Fernando Cuñado
Fernando Cuñado is a Law graduate and MBA with 25 years of experience in the corporate world. He has been working as a freelance translator since 2008 and his areas of expertise are contracts and corporate documents. He is a great connoisseur of the British and American legal systems and publishes frequent articles on comparative law in Spanish legal journals.
Gabriela Escarrá
Gabriela is a Certified Sworn Translator, English and Literature Teacher (UNLP), and ISO Auditor. She has actively participated at IRAM in the adoption and adaptation of some standards related to Language and Terminology (ISO TC37), and Information Security Systems. She is a member of ANSI, ASTM TC F43 on Language Services and Products as well as the chair of the ATA Standards Committee.

He has trained for NATO, the United Nations, the European Commission, ITI, OTTIAQ, Magistrad, Editors Canada, the Translation Bureau, Proz.com, Training for Translators, and many other organizations worldwide.
Gabriel Fairman
Gabriel Fairman is a thought leader and entrepreneur specializing in localization and business process automation. He has navigated Bureau Works from a Boutique Translation Agency to a Global Localization Platform/Translation Management System. A speaker of six languages, Gabriel grew up speaking American English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Argentinian Spanish.
Katja Gugelmeier
Katja is a licensed attorney and legal translator with a deep understanding of the Uruguayan and U.S. legal systems. While practicing law in Uruguay and working as a legal assistant in the U.S., she understands the unique challenges legal professionals face when representing Spanish-speaking clients. She founded Gugelmeier Studio, where she provides specialized legal translation services tailored to lawyers and law firms.
Maarten Korpershoek
Maarten is a sworn translator for Turkish, Azerbaijani, and Uzbek in the Netherlands. Since 2011, he has been living in Istanbul, where he runs a translation agency, primarily serving Dutch government organizations and translation agencies. For many years, he has also taught translation techniques (Turkish to Dutch) to students seeking certification as sworn translators in legal matters.
Martín Chamorro
Martín Chamorro is an English-Spanish technical translator from Argentina. He also participates as an organizer and speaker in professional conferences for translators and interpreters. He has a technology-oriented profile and experiments a lot with new developments in artificial intelligence (AI). He is a Board Member of the AATI, and collaborates with different translators' organizations and universities.

Philippe Mercier
Philippe began his career as an IT consultant and author of a dozen books published by Marabout/Hachette (300,000 copies sold). His passion for writing and his expertise in IT soon led him to the software translation and localization industry. More recently, he has integrated the latest advances in AI, such as MT and ChatGPT, into a CAT tool (Wordscope), which helps translators improve the quality and speed of their services.
Riccardo Schiaffino
Riccardo is a veteran translator, having covered roles such as freelancer, partner in a translation company, and translation manager for a major software company. He has taught courses on translation theory and practice, localization, CAT tools, and project management at Denver University, MSU, and NYU. Riccardo strives to stay abreast of the latest technological advancements in translation.
Romina Marazzato Sparano
Romina’s professional journey began in science, transitioned to translation, then medical localization, and is now focused on communication strategies and AI, especially as applied to health literacy. She has taken on leadership roles at professional organizations and contributes to standards development at ISO and ASTM Internaitonal.
Steven Bammel
Steven is a Korean>English technical translator with over 20 years of experience. Steven combines his language and translation expertise with a deep knowledge of AI workflows to develop frameworks that help translators raise their productivity. As an active member of the American Translators Association (ATA), Steven still translates daily. Steven operates from his home in rural Hongseong, Korea.
Sue Leschen
Sue is a lawyer - linguist and legal language lover and Director of niche market UK-based company Avocate Legal and Business French Services Ltd. She is a Fellow of ITI and CIOL, and a member of the Professional Conduct Committees of CIOL and NRCPD. She is also a member of ITI Law, Insurance, Finance and Translation Network Committee and of the CIOL Interpreting Division Steering Group Committee.

As Program Manager at ProZ, she specializes in mentoring and empowering our members by equipping them with strategies, tools, and support. Veronika Malaja
"Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life," thought Veronika when she enrolled in the master’s program for audiovisual translation at the University of Cadiz in Spain. Veronika has a passion for languages and speaks four of them. Since starting her career in 2012, she has worked on exciting projects for brands like Netflix, Disney+, and HBO.
